Welcome to Rooms & Blooms (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, https://roomsnblooms.com, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
By using our Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent that you are using the Service on your own behalf (or on behalf of an entity that you are authorized to represent).
The features, programs, promotions, and other aspects of our Websites requiring personally identifiable information are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of thirteen (13) and believe he or she has disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us here. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of thirteen (13) may review and request deletion of such child’s personally identifiable information as well as prohibit the use thereof. A description of the specific types of information collected from a child under the age of thirteen (13) will be provided to the parent or guardian of that child upon the parent or guardian’s request.
Services & Engagement
Rooms & Blooms provides professional home organizing and related services, including but not limited to decluttering, space-planning, packing/unpacking, and maintenance sessions. All service details—including scope, location, timing, fees, and any special requirements—are set forth in a separate engagement or client agreement (“Client Agreement”) supplied at booking.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation
To book our services, you are required to pay a deposit and agree to the terms outlined in the Client Agreement.
Full payment is due as specified in the Client Agreement. You agree your payment method is valid and authorized for charges.
If you cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated in your Client Agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations of any service. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be billed and must pay the full amount of the scheduled service. Alternatively, you may reschedule your appointment with four hour's notice, provided there is a time slot available. Successful rescheduling attempts will not incur a fee. Rescheduling an appointment with less than four hour's notice will incur a flat $35 fee.
*IMPORTANT: There is an automatic cutoff of 24 hours for cancellations and rescheduling online through the website. In order to reschedule same-day appointments, you'll need to contact Tammy directly with the contact information provided in your Client Agreement.
If applicable, refunds, credits, or rescheduling policies will be governed by the terms in your Client Agreement.
Your Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide access to the space and a safe working environment for our team.
Disclose any known safety risks (pets, medical issues, accessibility challenges, etc.) prior to starting work.
Be present or assign a representative during the session unless otherwise agreed.
Follow any pre-session instructions we provide to maximize efficiency and safety.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, photos, graphics, and design, is owned or licensed by Rooms & Blooms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content without our prior written consent.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback to us, you grant Rooms & Blooms a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use and implement such feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time, and will post the revised version with its “Effective Date” on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or near Dickson County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved in the courts located in Middle Tennessee.
Note: Because this is a small service business, binding arbitration is optional. If you want, we can include a simpler arbitration clause similar to this but adapted for home organizing services.
